Speaking about productivity, I miraculously managed to attend three awesome-much needed workshops from the period 8th of Dec. towards the 10th. They are:
1) Essential Leadership Workshop, Conflict Management, arranged by Academic Leadership Centre and presented by Jacquelyn D. Elliott who serves as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Tusculum College and is completing a research project on Educations’s Office of Women in Higher Education, for The George Washington University. She has also been a grant sponsored research assistant for the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine Program. Dr. Jacqy shone throughout the whole day just like every year.
2) Stress Management organized by the Academic Leadership Center (ALC) too and presented by Dr. Kenneth Bartlett, the Associate Dean of Graduate, Professional, and International Programs and Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota
3) Starting Over by Dr. Ebtisam Alzenatie, organized by Dar Alertiqa.
The fun part happened later. I was utterly taken by surprise to meet one distinguished lady. I will be dedicating one full post about her. See you in the next post 🙂
